At Palmetto you will experience a traditional, reformed Worship Service that is also lively, creative and participatory. We use the Presbyterian Hymnal, and our choir is often accompanied by guest musicians and soloists.

We celebrate the sacrament of The Lord's Table once a month and during special seasons during the church year. Our table is open to all Christians and all baptized children.

Elders, and indeed  the whole congregation, participate in Baptism. We vary the liturgy to keep it fresh and to remind us all of the grace we received at our own baptisms. We are blessed with many young families, and it has been a joy to baptize a number of infants and children--as well as adults making a profession of faith.

Children take an active part in worship at Palmetto - leading the service once each year and playing an important role on special holy days.

Each worship service includes "Time With Children"    -- a special, short message just for them. After the message, younger children may stay in the main worship service or go to the Children's Church program.

Special days in the church calendar are a gift from God to help us remember the many aspects of God's grace. At Palmetto, we celebrate these days, including Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, and Christmas Eve. In addition we offer a unique Epiphany service, we remember those who have nurtured our faith on All Saints Sunday, and there is a youth-led service and also a service led by our elders.
